Focused clinical review. Clear, actionable guidance.

1

Review patient cases asynchronously

Primary care clinicians submit focused clinical questions with relevant history, labs, and imaging. You review each case on your schedule.

2

Provide evidence-based recommendations

Deliver structured guidance on diagnostic evaluation, treatment adjustments, monitoring plans, and escalation criteria when appropriate.

3

Include clinical rationale and a teaching pearl

Each response includes a brief explanation of your reasoning and a practical teaching point. Your guidance should support today's decision while strengthening primary care judgment in future cases.

4

Typical time commitment

Most consults take to 6-8 minutes to complete.

5

Response timeframe

Cases are answered within 24 hours of submission. You maintain flexibility within that window.

"One of the things I enjoy most about TeleCurbMD is the opportunity to work directly with primary care clinicians. It’s rewarding to know that my guidance can help patients who might otherwise struggle to access specialty care."
